Mind Reset Session
This wealth packed one hour session consists of 3 parts.
First part consists of sharing Actionable knowledge & wisdom from ancient yogic scriptures which create awareness about your own personality and character which helps you to initiate the Transformation process within you.
Second part involves learning powerful breathing techniques called “Pranayama” to raise the vital life force called “Prana” as in the Sanskrit language. This Elevated prana in the body helps you to sweep out the burden of negative thoughts and emotions on the mind to help you experience the mental balance.
In final part of the session, we Meditate to help experience the core of your real self which is all happiness, love and pure joy.

Harpreet Sangha is a yoga & meditation mentor who has been practicing yoga since childhood and teaching yoga, meditation, pranayama (breath control) and mindfulness sessions for over 15 years in person and online. Based in Toronto, Canada, Harpreet has university degrees in business and engineering and studied meditation and yoga in Rishikesh, India. He is blessed to spend time with Himalayan yogis, guru & saints.
